Restorative circles are used as a method to improve communication, understanding, and empathy among peers. Restorative circles are structured group conversations where each participant has an equal opportunity to speak and be heard without interruption in a proactive manner. The process helps build trust, strengthen relationships and resolve conflicts by promoting a safe space for open dialogue.
