Explore the schedule below and plan your path toward flourishing in your practice and fostering optimal learning for every student.
Adding another subject area in Kindergarten seems completely overwhelming. Let’s step into the new Kindergarten Social Studies curriculum together with curiosity and confidence. We are going to explore what’s familiar, what’s new, and how to bring big ideas like identity, community, and belonging to life through playful, purposeful learning. We will see how blocks, loose parts, and small world play can support concepts like roles, relationships, and spaces. We will discuss how our tuff trays can become powerful tools for engaged, hands-on learning. We will examine how children’s picture books can open conversation and connect to each organizing idea.
